Terms of Service
GENERAL
I reserve my right to deny any commission. (If payment has been made, I will refund)Commissions may be posted online or used for portfolio purposes unless otherwise specified. Customer’s details (e-mail, payment information, name, etc.) will not be sent to third parties or added to mailing lists. Such information will also not be stored beyond its required use. By commissioning, you confirm that you either are above age of consent or have parental permission for the transaction needed for the commission. By commissioning you are agreeing to the terms of service and confirm to have read them. In case of any doubts, please do not hesitate to ask.PAYMENTS
100% payment upfront after the final sketch is completed. I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, for any reason. If commissions are done outside of VGen, payment transactions are done through Paypal.REVISIONS
Any minor revisions can be requested for free. Major revisions may warrant additional fees.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions will generally take upwards 1-2 weeks. First come, First serve. Client understands that waiting time may vary on queue status. Finished work can be delivered via: E-mail attachment, Google Drive link, and Discord message.USE
Commission may be used for commercial purposes for an additional fee. Personal use (icons, promo images, use in thumbnails) is allowed without an additional fee.If posted to online galleries or used anywhere, provide visible credit to @bloopuoo. Any drawn material to be used in NFT/Crypto/AI is strictly PROHIBITEDINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to every drawing produced. You are not allowed to claim it as your own.For an additional fee agreed upon of the commissioned image(s), they can be used for commercial use. Without prior discussion the commissioned image(s) CANNOT be used for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s).REFUNDS
Refunds can be issued when:
- Commission is still at draft/sketch stage
- I failed to meet a deadline (Refund will then be adjusted to the amount of completed work)
- I cannot finish a commission. Client may be eligible for a full refund.COMMUNICATION
Communication via Discord or VGen is preferred.
